If you are going to feature films you ought to inspect those films, and those who make them. After reviewing a couple of the films about the heroism, and tradedy, of the Forrestal; I have come to the conclusion that those who made the films were idiots.

This in memory of Bobby Jo Brown. My childhood friend, and fellow sailor, who the makers of these films never knew and never included as one of the fallen. Shame on those who alter history for gain!!

Thank you for keeping the memory of the 134 fallen shipmates of the USS FORRESTAL alive, by running the video Situation Critical. This Thursday will be the 43rd anniversity of that tragic day aboard USS FORRESTAL CVA-59 off the coast of North Vietnam. The FORRESTAL Association will be honoring those brave men at Arlington National Cemetery and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall this thursday.

I served on Destroyers, but the shipboard life is somewhat similar. Of course, we never say a soda fountain, cobblers, tailors, etc. on any Tin Cans :-))
